Dude, read the URL. It's about Trudeau in Armenia for the EPC summit. Looks like a classic CTV screw-up with the headline referencing an entirely different person/era. Typical.

Honestly, does anyone outside Canada really care what our PM has to say to the European Parliament? Seems like more for domestic consumption than actual foreign policy.
