House passes 3-year extension of key spy power

Of course they did. What did we expect? 'Spy power' isn't something they're ever going to give up. Just another day in the erosion of privacy.

Is anyone surprised anymore? It feels like every few years this comes up and it always passes. At what point do we just accept we're all 'persons of interest'?
