Leniency? What exactly could the EU *do* short of kicking them out, which would only push them closer to Russia? It's a tricky situation.

16 years is an incredibly long run for any modern European leader. Makes you wonder about the 'pivotal' nature of these elections when they keep winning.

Are we sure he's universally hated though? Lots of Hungarians genuinely like him for his stance on immigration and national sovereignty, even if we don't like his foreign policy.
