Wait, so now I can't even illegally stream gardening tutorials from a different country without verifying my age?

As someone in agri-business, the 'changes' usually mean more paperwork and a race to the bottom for prices. Don't get me wrong, expanded markets can be good, but the environmental protections in these deals often feel like an afterthought that gets quietly ignored.

Seriously. We all know what happens to resources when growth is unchecked. They're just being proactive about sustainability within their own borders. Not every country has endless space like... well, not many countries do anymore.

Ugh, late April/early May frost is absolutely brutal for anyone with fruit trees or early vegetable plantings. Been watching the forecasts, hoping it doesn't drop too much below freezing for too long. This could wipe out a lot of early season stuff.

As someone who deals with local environmental impact assessments, this is infuriating. The amount of water data centers suck up alone is insane, let alone the power. And then they get to just... not report it?

My neighbour got an EV a few months back. Price was good, yeah, but watching him try to find a public charger that actually works for more than an hour a day is... a whole other level of pain. Price is one thing, infrastructure is another.

My friend runs an import business, and China's 'role' usually means more hoops to jump through, intellectual property headaches, and sometimes outright forced tech transfers if you want access to their market. No thanks.

Man, I remember the last election, it looked close for a bit and then BAM, Fidesz landslide. Happens every time. Gives you hope then crushes it.
